Baggage irregularities
At the moment you arrive at your destination, if you notice that your baggage is damaged or that it didn't arrive with your flight, please contact the TAROM Lost & Found desks before leaving the airport.
If the baggage weight is not registered in the baggage files, it is considered that the weight of the registered baggage doesn't exceed the free admitted weight of the traveling class the tariff was paid for.
Certain carriers don't take any responsibility for the carriage of fragile, valuable or perishable objects. You can find out more information from the carrier. Any damage to the baggage or its content occurred by fragile or perishable objects left in the checked baggage are not TAROM's responsibility.
