WHO can check-in online?

Every passenger who is in possession of an electronic ticket* valid on TAROM eligible** flights.

Exception: For the following categories of passengers it is recommended to check-in at the airport:

passengers travelling with an infant (child under 2 years old )and/or baby bassinet;
unaccompanied minors;
passengers travelling with pets in cabin and/or live animals in hold;
passengers with special requirements (passengers travelling with weapons; passengers travelling with extra seat etc );

* the electronic ticket(e-ticket) is a digital ticket saved in the booking system; this ticket is issued and confirmed electronically and has the same validity as a printed ticket.

**eligible TAROM flights = TAROM flights( code RO ) operated by: TAROM, AIR FRANCE, KLM, AIR EUROPA.
