To make thing easier, we developed an online form so you could send your opinions, suggestions, comments or complaints.
We all understand that sometimes things don't work exactly as we like and that unpleasant situations occur. Whenever this is the case, our department will respond promptly in order to manage such situations.
In addition, if you have any suggestions or comments regarding the TAROM services, we are the ones you should contact.
The maximum response time is 30 days from the filing date of all the documents required to solve the problem.
