In order to facilitate communication, we developed an online form through which you can send your opinions, suggestions, comments or complaints.
We all understand that sometimes things don't work exactly as we like and that unpleasant situations occur. When this happens, our department will promptly react in order to manage these situations.
In additon, if you have any suggestions or comments regarding the TAROM services, we are the ones you should contact. The maximum response rate is 30 days form the deposit of all necessary documents that help solving the problem.
