This insurance will be governed by Romanian law and will be completed with the Romanian legislation in force concerning insurance. The parties shall agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania. All contractual terms and conditions and any information previously provided to the signed contract, are in Romanian and all communications will be conducted in Romanian.
