IMPORTANT UPDATE: COVID-19 Flexibility Policy

Following the end of the state of alert in Romania, TAROM will no longer extend the facilities granted by the COVID-19 flexibility policy after the current version expires. The re-issuance of tickets with travel dates after April 1, 2022 (inclusive), regardless of the date of issue, will be subject to the restrictions of the purchased fares.

Because the safety of our passengers is essential, we respect all recommendations of health authorities, respectively the regulations in force and we have taken all necessary measures to prevent and reduce the risk of spreading the Covid-19 epidemic.

In addition, to provide greater flexibility to our passengers, TAROM offers the possibility to reschedule trips for FREE as follows:

• For later dates, keeping the destination, on any TAROM operated flight from the initial destination;

• To any other TAROM operated destination, without paying a penalty fee;

We invite you to plan your new itineraries with confidence because, regardless of the restrictions of the purchased fare, you now have the possibility to change your reservation for later dates, only by paying the fare/airport tax differences, if the initial one is not available or applicable on the new travel dates.

This commercial facility is valid for tickets with at least one travel date scheduled until March 31, 2022, with passengers having the possibility to modify their tickets for a new date and/or destination until September 30, 2022*.

*or until the tickets expire (valid for 12 months from issuance), whichever of these conditions occurs first.
