OPEN TENDER PARTICIPATION NOTICE PARTNERSHIP CONTRACT FOR RETAIL SALES ON BOARD TAROM AIRCRAFT, CATERING SERVICES SUPPLY, AND HANDLING SERVICES FOR CATERING

Date of the participation notice: 20.02.2024

The purpose is to conclude a partnership contract for the retail sale of food and non-food products on board TAROM aircraft, on behalf of the partner, and to procure catering services and handling services for catering.

2. Duration of the procurement contract: 3 (three) years, extendable up to 5 years by mutual agreement.

3. Subcontractors: Subcontracting is allowed, according to the procurement documentation.

4. Partnership offers: Joint offers are allowed, according to the procurement documentation.

5. The criteria for determining the winning offer: THE MOST ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS BID.

6. Any interested business operator may obtain the awarding documentation, upon written request sent to TAROM by e-mail to [email protected].

7. Deadline for the submission of offers: 19.03.2024, 3:00 PM Romanian local time.

8. Offer submission manner: Offers will be submitted in a sealed envelope at TAROM’s headquarters, located at 224F Calea Bucurestilor, Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania, the Registration Office (ground floor).

9. Participation guarantee: Not requested.
