Training Programs
Always keeping in mind the safety and quality of services, TAROM has trained its staff through its own professional training center as well as through courses and conferences carried out by other organizations.
The Training Centre was established in 1999, its main object of activity being the recurrent and type training of its own flight crew. Subsequently, the training activity was extended to other categories of the Company's personnel: ground operations personnel and technical personnel.
In 2002, the TAROM Training Centre became a "Training Organization for Maintenance Technical Personnel", JAR-147 authorized, the provision of training services by aircraft type extending to technical personnel from outside TAROM. In 2005 this activity was EASA PART-147 authorized and holds in its portfolio courses for all aircraft types in the TAROM fleet according to ATA 104 level I and ATA 104 level III.
In 2009, the TAROM Training Centre received TRTO authorization for a variety of courses.
The team of instructors is made up of specialists with extensive experience in the fields for which they provide training, with international specializations, authorized by the Romanian Civil Aeronautical Authority.
