How to claim
compensationIf, as a result of the irregularity, you have incurred unforeseen expenses, you may claim compensation. For reimbursement of these unforeseen expenses, receipts/related invoices are required.
Eligibility conditions
The compensations mentioned above may be granted under the following conditions:
- your flight was cancelled up to 14 days prior to the departure date or arrived at your destination more than 3 hours later than the originally scheduled time;
- the cancellation or delay of your flight is not caused by extraordinary circumstances (e.g. unforeseen weather conditions, strikes initiated by third parties, sudden political instability, flight safety risks, air traffic restrictions, etc.);
