OPEN TENDER PARTICIPATION NOTICE

FLIGHT PLANNING SYSTEM

 

Date of participation notice: 09 August 2021

 

  1. Purchaser: COMPANIA NATIONALA DE TRANSPORTURI AERIENE ROMANE TAROM S.A. („TAROM”);

2. Duration of the procurement contract: 5 (five) years.

3. Subcontractors: Subcontracting of the core modules (as described in the Technical Specifications Book) and subcontracting the implementation and maintenance services are not allowed. Subcontracting of the related modules, peripherals of the main modules (“core modules”): database, reporting systems, etc. – and for all these delivered modules, the provider guarantees the compatibility with its own system. It is acceptable to subcontract some elements necessary for the training services.

4. Partnership: not allowed.

5. The criteria for determining the winning offer: THE MOST ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS BID.

6. Any interested business operator may obtain the awarding documentation upon written request sent to TAROM, Procurement Procedures Office, e-mail: carmen.tudor@tarom.ro and luchian.turtoi@tarom.ro.  

7. Deadline for the submission of offers: 01.09.2021, 11.00 hour Romanian local time.

8. Offer submission manner: The offer shall be submitted by email.

9. Participation guarantee: 5.000 (five thousand) EURO.

10. Carrying out of the awarding procedure: according to the Regulation on conclusion of contracts for procurement of goods, works or services, published on TAROM webpage www.tarom.ro.
