If your baggage has been lost, please send us a written complaint.
Please send us a written complaint giving as many details as you remember about the baggage and its contents, including any possible particularities (brands, stickers, marks, etc.) of the baggage.

Copy of travel ticket

One copy of your ticket and excess baggage ticket (if applicable).

Baggage tags

Copies of baggage tags handed in at check-in.

File reference number

The file reference number (PIR - Property Irregularity Report).
