TAROM informs that flight ROT404, scheduled to be operated today on the Rome (FCO) – Bucharest (OTP) route, has been cancelled due to unforeseen technical reasons that affected the aircraft assigned to this segment.
The safety of passengers and crew remains our absolute priority. For this reason, the cancellation decision was made in accordance with all internal safety procedures and international regulations in force.
Affected passengers (67) are provided with ground assistance in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004, which includes meals, accommodation (if necessary) and transfers.
Affected passengers are also offered the following options:
- rerouting to Bucharest on the next available flights, either operated by TAROM or our partners;
- full refund of the ticket, if they prefer not to continue their journey.
