PARTICIPATION NOTICE

OPEN TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF AIRLINE HULL (INCLUDING SPARES AND EQUIPMENT) ALL RISKS AND LIABILITY (AIRCRAFT THIRD PARTY, PASSENGER, BAGGAGE, CARGO, MAIL AND AIRLINE GENERAL THIRD PARTY LEGAL LIABILITY INCLUDING PRODUCTS / HANGARKEEPARS / PREMISES LIABILITY) AND AIRLINE HULL DEDUCTIBLE INSURANCE

Date of participation notice: 05 November 2018

Purchaser: COMPANIA NATIONALA DE TRANSPORTURI AERIENE ROMANE TAROM S.A. („TAROM”);

a) Duration of the procurement contract: according to the procurement documentation.

Effective date of the procurement contract: 01.12.2018.

3. Instructions on the bidder’s options to submit the offer for a part of or the entire quantity of services: the offer must be submitted for the entire quantity of the required services – partial offers are not accepted.

4. Subcontractors: according to the procurement documentation.

5. Partnership: accepted.

6. Procurement contract awarding criterion: THE LOWEST PRICE.

7. Any interested business operator may obtain the awarding documentation upon written request sent to TAROM, Procurement Procedures Office, e-mail: alexandru.malaeru@tarom.ro.

8. Deadline for submission of requests for clarifications: 09 November 2018.

9. Deadline for the submission of offers: 16 November 2018, 10:00 hours Romanian local time (all the documents must be received by TAROM within the deadline settled above).

10. Offer submission manner: the offers shall be submitted in paper format to the headquarters of TAROM located in Calea Bucurestilor nr. 224F, Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania, (Procurement Procedures Office, located in CORP F - TAROM, 2nd Floor, room no.204) directly or by mail.

11. Participation guarantee: 10 000 (ten thousand) USD.

12. Carrying out of the awarding procedure: according to the Regulation on conclusion of contracts for procurement of goods, works or services, published on TAROM webpage www.tarom.ro.
