Opening hours

We are at your disposal daily between 07.30 a.m. – 06.30 p.m., including Saturdays and Sundays.

Otopeni Customs Office

In case of goods for which customs procedures are required, please consider the working hours:

Monday to Friday: 08.30 – 14.30

Shipment Delivery

Goods not requiring customs procedures may be delivered for dispatch no later than three hours before departure.

Requires an Air Waybill (AWB)

TAROM provides air cargo transport to all destinations listed in the flight schedule. In most cases, we have partnership contracts with other airlines to destinations missing from the mentioned list.
