Who can check-in online?
Any passenger who is in possession of an electronic ticket* valid on TAROM eligible** flights.
Exceptions: Check-in AT THE AIRPORT only
Unaccompanied minors
All unaccompanied minors are required to check in directly at the airport desk.
Travelling with pets
Any passenger travelling with a pet, regardless of whether it is transported in the cabin or aircraft hold.
Special requirements
Passengers travelling with hunting/sporting firearms, persons with disabilities, or those requiring an extra seat.

* the electronic ticket(e-ticket) is a digital ticket saved in the booking system; this ticket is issued and confirmed electronically and has the same validity as a printed ticket.
** eligible TAROM flights = TAROM flights( code RO ) operated by: TAROM, AIR FRANCE, KLM, AIR EUROPA, ITA AIRWAYS
