Passenger information - Lost naggage
Recently, due to a very high traffic of passengers and luggage, all major airports are facing operational problems that can lead to delays in baggage delivery.
TAROM recommends passengers to write their name, e-mail address and a contact phone number on their checked baggage so that its owner can be identified more quickly in case of loss.
If your baggage has not arrived at its destination, please contact the "Lost and found" counter of TAROM or of our handling agent at the destination airport.
