How can I access the reservation application?
Use the search engine from the homepage, www.tarom.ro or from the Flight schedule and reservations section.
Because the configuration of the reservation engine can change for improvement reasons, please do not bookmark the addresses and access it directly some pages of the reservation engine, especially the quick select forms for travelling data.
In case you use the bookmarks to reach the reservation engine, TAROM doesn't assume any responsability in case the reservation data are not adeqaute for the selection initially made.
What are the advantages for online reservations?
Online reservations engine, brought to you by TAROM Company at www.tarom.ro, is a comfortable, safe and effective alternative to classic Agency reservations.
Online reservation services are available 24 hours a day, from any World Wide Web connected computer; these services can be accessed through the quick reservation form, hosted on the first page of TAROM website.
Online reservation process was developed using a few easy steps, so as the user will allocate the minimum amount of time to complete a reservation.
What services does the the online reservation system offer?
It allows you to check flight availability and fares, book and pay online for selected flights.

How can I book a flight for more than 9 people?
A reservation session allows maximum 9 passengers. If you wish to book a flight for more than 9 people, please repeat the reservation.
Some flights are not listed. Why is that?
The booking system displays only the flights available for the given destination.
The flights, and consequently available seats, change periodically, according to the reservations made or canceled.
I can't find a departure city, even though TAROM has flights in that city. Why is that?
For the moment, you can make online reservations only for flights with departure point in the cities listed here. In the future we shall increase the number of destinations.
If the departure location is not listed online, for reservartions, please contact the closest TAROM agency.
I cannot book a flight online. Can you do this in my place?
Our support service for the Internet Booking Engine cannot book flights on TAROM routes if these are not listed in the quicksearch form.

What information should I provide to obtain an invoice?
In order to issue an invoice for a journey booked on-line, it is mandatory to fill in the "Billing details" page with accurate and complete information regarding the address of the beneficiary, company name, fiscal code or personal numeric code (in case of individuals). In case of foreign citizens the VAT/CUI/CNP column must be filled in with the code allocated by his/her country government for identification or taxation purposes. E.g. SSN (in case of US citizens), INSSE (in case of French citizens) or Codice Fiscale (in case of Italian citizens.
What do I have to insert into the "Emergency Contact Information" section of the bookings engine?
According to EU regulation no. 996/2010, please fill in the name and phone number (in international format) of a person who can be contacted in the unwanted case of an accident. Please note that the detail contacts will be used by the company only for communication purposes with the relatives of those involved in an accident and not for commercial purposes.
