Effective 10sep07 through check-in to issue boarding pass to apis destinations (jfk/yyz/mad/agp) will be available only for passengers with apis information (docs/doca) included in their reservation.
The docs/doca information have to be collected from passengers at reservation time by the sales agents.
This is essential condition for passengers to get boarding pass.
