PARTICIPATION NOTICE (CALL FOR BIDS) PROFESSIONAL (CIVIL MANAGERIAL) LIABILITY INSURANCE SERVICES FOR TAROM’S ADMINISTRATORS AND DIRECTORS WHO CARRY OUT THEIR ACTIVITY BASED ON MANDATE CONTRACTS
Date of the participation notice: 08.04.2026
1. Purchaser: COMPANIA NATIONALA DE TRANSPORTURI AERIENE ROMANE TAROM S.A. („TAROM”).
2. Services required for purchase: professional (civil managerial) liability insurance services for TAROM’s administrators and directors who carry out their activity based on mandate contracts (“Directors and Officers Civil Liability Insurance”).
3. Duration of the procurement contract: 12 (twelve) months as of 06.06.2026.
4. Subcontractors: subcontracting is not allowed.
5. Partnership offers: allowed, subject to the conditions stated in the procurement documentation.
6. The criteria for determining the winning offer: THE LOWEST PRICE.
7. Any interested business operator may obtain the procurement documentation, in electronic format, upon written request sent to TAROM by e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected].
8. Deadline for the submission of offers: 28.04.2026, 11:00 hours (Romanian local time).
9. Offer submission manner: by e-mail, at the addresses specified in the procurement documentation.
10. Participation guarantee to the procurement procedure: not required.
11. Carrying out of the procurement procedure: according to the “Regulation on conclusion of contracts for procurement of goods, works or services” of TAROM (published on TAROM’s webpage https://www.tarom.ro/en/procurement).
