TAROM information – weather conditions at Henri Coandă International Airport Bucharest, February 18, 2026
Due to unfavorable weather conditions (heavy snowfall and blizzard) at Henri Coandă International Airport in Bucharest, TAROM informs that certain flights may experience delays, cancellations, or changes in the operating schedule.
These situations are caused by aircraft de-icing operations and snow removal activities carried out at the airport, which are necessary for the safe operation of flights.
Affected passengers are entitled to assistance in accordance with Regulation EC 261/2004 and options for re-routing or reimbursement, as well as ground assistance services, depending on the situation.
We also note that TAROM teams are constantly monitoring the situation and making every effort to reduce the impact on the flight schedule.
