For electronic tickets issued by approved sales agents, for TAROM routes, SATUS changes are to be operated as follows:
1. in Romania (regardless of the reservation system the agent is using) – by TAROM Company through:
- Tariff Regulations and Support Service – Ticketing Support Desk, after a request / mail from the issuing Agency, sent to [email protected] e-mail adress (Mo to Fr from 08.00 to 15.30) and to [email protected] (Mo to Fr from 15.30 to 19.00, Sat form 09.00 to 12.30), TAROM Splai Agency; this mail will specify the reason for a status change as well as any other necesary details (TKT series, modifying coupon/coupons)
or
to Ground Operations Department – Otopeni Stand and to other TAROM stand chiefs in the country, when the error is discovered from the Check-in post, following a confirmation by fax from the issuing agency to the boarding point – operations sector.
b) abroad (where TAROM operations branches or GSAs are available) by:
- Agency Chief
- Post Chief
- GSA representative
