Statutul persoanelor deportate (DEPA & DEPU)

DEFINITION:
«DEPORTEE» means a person who had legally been admitted to a country by its authorities or who had imprinted a country illegally, and who at some later time is formally ordered by the authorities to be removed from that country.

TICKETING
In the «Name of Passenger» box must be entered the code «DEPA» (accompanied deportee) or «DEPU» (unaccompanied deportee) after the passenger name.

PRICING
Except as may be contrary to applicable law or government regulations, the authorities of the country ordering the removal of a deportee from the country shall be responsible for providing a ticket for the deportee’s outbound carriage and his escort (in case of DEPA) at the applicable fare.

NOTE:
«Applicable fare» means the RO carrier highest economy class fare published on the respective city pair, provided there are no specified fares for deportees and escorts (carrier or negociated) or any other special arrangements between TAROM and the authorities. In case of multileg itineraries, the sum of the highest TAROM economy sector fares should be applied.
