REF: Passenger contact to be included in the reservation , in SSR CTCE/CTCM/CTCR, standard format – mandatory request
According to IATA resolution 830d & AIRIMP procedures – section 3.20.1 – Passenger IROP Contact Information, the sales agents have to include the passengers contact in SSR CTCE/CTCM/CTCR lines such as this information to reach the airlines systems involved on the itinerary of the passengers.
In case of IROPs last minute, the airlines will be able to use it to notify customers.
The sales agents (the booking source) have to include in PNR, in SSR lines the following:
• CTCE – Passenger E-mail (// replaces @)
• CTCM – Passenger country code, aria code if applicable, cellphone
• CTCR – Passenger refuses to give the contact information.
The SSR CTCE/CTCM/CTCR lines will be included in the reservation according to each reservation system entry always complying with IATA resolution 830d and AIRIMP 3.20.1. format. In this SSR CTC# lines will be automatically sent to the system of the airlines participating in the passenger’s itinerary.
The following entries have to be used on Amadeus system:
>SR CTCE – POP.MARIN//YAHOO.COM without passenger association
>SR CTCE – POP.MARIN//YAHOO.COM/P1 with passenger association
>SR CTCM – 40744510888 without passenger association
>SR CTCM – 40744510888 /P1 with passenger association
>SR CTCM – 40744510888 /RO/P1 with language preference & passenger association
– 40 country code (including area code if applicable) (Mandatory)
– 744510888 cellphone number (Mandatory)
– RO passenger language preference (Optional)
>SR CTCR – REFUSED without passenger association
>SR CTCR – REFUSED/P2 with passenger association
Using the format above, the SSR CTCE/CTCM/CTCR lines will be automatically sent to all airlines involved in the passenger’s itinerary.
ATTN: Passengers notification in case of Schedule Change / IROPs announced through PNRs (segment status UN,TK, UN/TK) remains the sales agents responsibility, entirely.
