OPEN TENDER PARTICIPATION NOTICE

AIRLINE HULL (INCLUDING SPARES AND EQUIPMENT) ALL RISKS AND LIABILITY (AIRCRAFT THIRD PARTY, PASSENGER, BAGGAGE, CARGO, MAIL AND AIRLINE GENERAL THIRD PARTY LEGAL LIABILITY INCLUDING PRODUCTS / HANGARKEEPARS / PREMISES LIABILITY) AND AIRLINE HULL DEDUCTIBLE INSURANCE FOR PERIOD 01.12.2021-30.11.2022

 

Date of participation notice: 10 September 2021

 

  1. Purchaser: COMPANIA NATIONALA DE TRANSPORTURI AERIENE ROMANE TAROM S.A. („TAROM”);

2. Duration of the procurement contract: 12 (twelve) months (01.12.2021 – 30.11.2022).

3. Subcontractors: Subcontracting is not allowed, although the insurer has the right to designate a sole service provider empowered and nominated by the insurer to act as a "loss adjuster" in order to handle the claim files for the insured events, as well as a solicitors firm which will deal with legal issues in the event of major losses.

4. Partnership: allowed.

5. The criteria for determining the winning offer: THE LOWEST PRICE.

6. Any interested business operator may obtain the awarding documentation upon written request sent to TAROM, Procurement Procedures Office, e-mail: luchian.turtoi@tarom.ro  

7. Deadline for the submission of offers: 08.10.2021, 11.00 hour Romanian local time.

8. Offer submission manner: The offer shall be submitted in paper format, in an envelope submitted directly or sent by mail to the headquarters of TAROM located in Calea Bucurestilor nr. 224F, Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania (CORP F – TAROM, 2nd Floor, room no.204C, to the attention of Procurement Procedures Office).

9. Participation guarantee: 10 000 (ten thousand) USD.

10. Carrying out of the awarding procedure: according to the Regulation on conclusion of contracts for procurement of goods, works or services, published on TAROM webpage www.tarom.ro.
