WHO can check-in online?
Every passenger who is in possession of an electronic ticket* valid on TAROM eligible** flights.
Exception: For the following categories of passengers it is recommended to check-in at the airport:
- passengers travelling with an infant (child under 2 years old )and/or baby bassinet;
- unaccompanied minors;
- passengers travelling with pets in cabin and/or live animals in hold;
- passengers with special requirements (passengers travelling with weapons; passengers travelling with extra seat etc );

* the electronic ticket(e-ticket) is a digital ticket saved in the booking system; this ticket is issued and confirmed electronically and has the same validity as a printed ticket.
**eligible TAROM flights = TAROM flights( code RO ) operated by: TAROM, AIR FRANCE, KLM, AIR EUROPA.

- opening time: 30 hours before Standard Departure Time
- closing time: 1 hour before Standard Departure

Follow the 4 steps described to ensure that you successfully completed the online check-in procedures.
Dropping off your check-in baggage at the airport
If you have baggage to check-in, you must go to the baggage drop off desk in the airport. At most airports, you can drop off your baggage starting 2 hours and no later than 45 minutes before your flight departs.
If you have no baggage to check-in, you can go directly to the gate before the boarding deadline shown on your boarding pass.Please check the boarding gate allocated to your flight at the airport. It is forbidden to carry on dangerous goods in your unchecked baggage. For detailed information, please read document1 and document2. Police checks may be rather lengthy, so take care not to arrive too late at the airport.
Having problems in checking-in online?
If you are unable to check-in online you can go to the airport to register at the check-in desk. Just show your itinerary , frequent flyer card and your passport, and we will take care of the rest.
If you are travelling in Business Class or you are an Elite/ElitePlus member, proceed to the special check-in desk reserved for business passengers.
