DEFINITION:
“DEPORTED” refers to a person who has been legally received by the authorities of that country or who has entered that country illegally and who has subsequently received an official order from the authorities to leave that country.
BOOKING:
The box “Passenger name” must be filled in using the code “DEPA” (accompanied deported) or “DEPU” (unaccompanied deported), after the passenger’s name.
In the DEPA reservation, the escort PNR must be mentioned with the OSI.
FARES:
The applicable fare for DEPU, DEPA and ESCORTS (on the itinerary portion in which they are accompanied by the deported) is the highest fare in the economic class of the TAROM grid published for the respective pair of cities, given that no fares for deportees and escorts are specified (Carrier type or market type), or in the absence of other special arrangements concluded between TAROM and the authorities. For routes with intermediate point of call, the sum of the highest sectoral economic class fares published in TAROM grids will apply.
