Cap. 4:
- New departure points and new TAROM agencies eligible for online bookings have been added: BCM,
SCV, BEY, DXB, LCA, PRG, ROM.
- The possibility that Victoria agency to issue tickets for online bookings according to the
ticketing instructions (para 5 and 7) has been added. A note mentioning the countries exempt

Cap. 5:
- The principle of sending the bookings to AX queue (and its exceptions) was rewritten.
- Mandatory same-day ticketing was mentioned, in order to avoid currecny exchange differences.
- Contacting the passenger when a schedule change occurs is from now on mandatory.
Cap. 7:
- Point #6 – it becomes mandatory to introduce the booked ticket in the sales balance of that
particular point of ticketing, also the elements that must be written in the sales
report-payment, card type/card no., etc.
- Point #11 – it becomes mandatory for an agent to create an SSR with the issued ticket series
- Point #11.2 – only for Bucharest-based agencies- it became mandatory to assume the
responsibility (ownership) by the issuing agency.
- Point #12 – it became mandatory to attach the accounting coupon and the PNR copy with the fare
construction from AMADEUS to the sales balance
- Point 14 containing the upgrade rules for a ticket already purchased online was introduced.
- Point 15 was also introduced ; it settles the tax invoice issuing procedure for an online
booking.
- Point 16 was introduced ; it settles the situation when a passenger does not collect the
ticket purchased online.

Chap. 1 – Online booking:
- It becomes mandatory to book with 5 days in advance when paying off-line for an online
booking.
- Due to the new online booking service improvement (no online profile stored on AMADEUS
servers) chapter 2 was eliminated.
Chap. 2 – Payment method:
- Chapter 2 was completely rewritten; it now reflects both methods of payment for online
bookings: online and off-line.
- The ‘expired ADVP’ situation, following the next 24 hours from online booking(s) and before
off-line payment, was settled.
Chap. 3 – Ticket delivery method:
- The chapter was completed considering the case of an off-line payment
Chap. 4 – Tickets issuing
- New tickets issuing procedure was established, for both online and off-line payments
- New service fee collection procedure was established, in case of an off-line payment at TAROM
agency.
- New ticket delivery particular situations were added, to reflect ticket issuing at an agency
different from the one located in the departure point, for online bookings paid off-line.
- ATH, SKG and WAW as departure points bookable online were removed from the main quick search
form.
Chap. 6 -Ticketing instructions
- New changes were introduced, to reflect the migration to AMADEUS as system user.
Chap. 7 – Support
- The support for tariffs, taxes and ticketing will be provided by The Fares, Reglementations
and Support Department within RO.
Chap. 8 – Varia
- Starting with the 01st of September 2005 no 5% discount will be applied for all Internet sales
on flights starting in Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Republic of Moldova..
