Already booked my flight and I would like to change the departure date. Where can I do this?
Please contact a TAROM Agency, the only agency able to process such a operation. The agency will inform you what are the terms and conditions for this change and if your request can be met. A simple message to the Online Reservations support service will not change flight reservation dates. By its nature the system is able to help with eventual technical problems that may occur during the reservation process.
For any reservation changes, please contact a TAROM Agency only. Reservation related changes cannot be solved online, neither through the TAROM Online Reservations support service.
I would like to make an online booking for an unaccompanied minor; what are the necessary formalities?
This type of reservation is not available online since this means that additional forms have to be met. Please address your closest TAROM Agency for further information. or go to "All about your trip" section, Special information sub-section, on TAROM website.
I booked a flight and I am unable to take the trip. Whom can I address to, to change the reservation name to another passenger?
This is not possible, since every single ticket is nominally issued. Changing the name of the passenger requests are not accepted. If another person wants to make the trip, you will have to repeat the reservation an acquire a new ticket, for the actual tariff valid at the moment of the initial purchase; the new ticket will be issued within the limit of available seats for the respective flight. Due to specific character of the reservations engine we cannot guarantee ulterior availability of initial reserved tariffs, since these apply within available number of seats.
I booked a flight and I want to use only the return part of the ticket, valid for the return flight. Where do I have to announce this option?
All tickets will be used in accordance with the flight coupons, on that ticket, issuing order. For instance, if you have a Bucharest - Paris - Bucharest ticket, the ticket has to be used for Bucharest - Paris segment first and afterwards for the return flight. Not using the first segment of the flight will lead to the automatic invalidation of that ticket and it cannot be used for the return flight.
I booked a flight but I can no longer travel. Whom can I contact to have the ticket cancelled and have a refund?
Please contact only the TAROM agency that issued the ticket, since it is the only contact that is authorized to cancel your ticket. The agency will let you know what are the conditions for the reimbursement for the reservation sum. This operation will be accomplished according to accepted tariffs condition valid in the initial online reservation day.
