Dear passengers, we informe you that on hold bookings can now be paid online! You can proceed to payment from Check your trip – website and Manage booking – mobile app in max. 48 hours from the booking time.
On hold bookings can be made using the mobile app and our website by ticking the « Time to Think » option and paying the 8 EUR fee per passenger when booking online.
Your trip will be placed on hold but the reservation is not guaranteed until it has been payed and confirmed. Your booking will be cancelled if payment is not made till the expiry date and the amount of 8 EUR per passenger paid for blocking the fare will not be refunded. If duplicate bookings are found, one of the bookings will be cancelled and the Hold My Booking option will no longer be valid.
The hold option is only available for all passengers in the same itinerary/reservation. There is not an option to choose only one passenger to receive hold if there is more than one passenger on the reservation.
On hold bookings can be paid using the following options: online with automatic issuance or by MobilPay payment link (please mention the invoice details) or by bank wire/deposit (the proforma can be asked only to TAROM Agencies) in 48 hours from booking time.
