TAROM AIRLINE is using an automatic flight firming process – Amadeus Revenue Integrity.
The TAROM flight firming policy is applied on all markets.
The flight firming application is a collection of highly configurable revenue integrity processes designed to cleanse inventory. The main processes are checks for and action: PNRs to setting and enforcing ticketing time limits, PNRs with duplicate and/or fictitious ticket numbers, PNRs with suspected fictitious names, duplicate PNRS, duplicate segments, PNRs booked in improper classes, NoShow passengers, etc.
Electronic tickets only, are accepted. The ticket number have to appear on the face of the PNR in Amadeus as follows, according to the GDS originating the PN
– Originated from AMADEUS on FA lines
– Originated from GALILEO / SABRE / WORLDSPAN / APOLLO on SSR TKNE lines
In case of a ticket already issued, but for some reason the FA lines disappeared from the face of the PNR, the valid ticket number have to be manually re-included in the PNR, as follows:
FHE PAX 172-1234567890-91/C1-3//S2-4/P1,3
If there is not a perfect match with the itinerary and ETKTs, the FHE line is not accepted by the system.
The following tickets type are prohibited for BSP/ARC: TKNA/TKNM/FA PT/FHA/FHM .
Attention: The E-ticket numbers must cover all flight segments and all names in the PNR.
All PNRs with « previous TKT use » mention in the PNR, will be treated as fictitious TKT NBRs and will be automatically cancelled with no advance notice.
All PNRs have to contain the complete name of the passenger, meaning family name / given name title ( title has to be preceded by a space, otherwise a warning message will be automatically included in the PNR „Check name”. The sales agent has to correct the name of the passenger or the PNR may be automatically cancelled with no advance notice.
